Restored Barn in Jackson County Iowa

I had a great weekend attending the Iowa One Room School House Association Conference in Maquoketa Iowa. Saturday we toured many wonderfully restored school houses and few other attractions such as this beautiful barn which has been restored in it's natural state. Still owned by the original family. It was built by the owners great great father in 1855 with native lumber from the farm. What an Iowa Treasure.
